One of the most favorite fruit jars with apple and pear biodynamically grown. Holle's fruit jars are made by pasteurization which, thanks to modern methods, is achieved at almost 70℃ instead of 120℃ ('hard' sterilization treatment). Thus the flavours, the natural colour of the fruit and its ingredients remain unaltered.
Along with the other varieties of fruit jars, they can also be used as an ingredient in cereal creams.
