Clearspring Organic Oat Amazake

Clearspring Amazake – Sweet Grains Dessert is made using time-honoured production processes and just 3 simple organic ingredients : water, whole grains and a pinch of salt.

These undergo true alchemy to produce this thick, creamy, dairy-free and gluten-free traditional Japanese dessert. Literally translated as “sweet sake” a koji culture converts the carbohydrates from the whole grains into simple sugars giving rise to the naturally sweet flavour of amazake.

This amazake has a naturally sweet flavour with a thick creamy consistency : it is very versatile and can also be used to add texture and protein to your favourite fruit smoothie, natural sweetness to pancakes and muffins or as a batter to make dairy-free French Toast.
