Mission Charges

For total cost orders 150,00€ and above the shipping costs are FREE.

For total cost orders down of 150,00€ the delivery costs shall be at 5.00€

Receipt of Order

Deliveries are made on working days between 09:00 and 17:00.

Orders placed by 14:00 are processed the same day and delivered the next working day. If the order is placed after 14:00, it is dispatched by our company on the next working day after the order date. Usually, all orders are delivered within 1 to 3 working days. Couriers do not make deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays.

In the event that one of the products is not immediately available, the waiting time may be up to 3 - 4 working days, unless there is a relevant shortage, in which case we will inform you by phone or email.
