Island Earth Organic Rice Round Short Short Unpolished

In this paddy rice, as its name indicates, the husk is not removed during processing, so the final product is rich in fibre and has a lower glycemic index than traditional rice. In this way it retains most of its nutrients. It is recommended for healthy eating and weight loss diets.
Its colour is brown and its shape is medium grain, one of the oldest types. The grains of this rice tend to stick together during cooking and are elongated, thin, white and opaque. It is suitable for soups, (they become thicker and tastier) and desserts such as rice pudding.
