We think there is no "substitute coffee". There are enormously delicious cereals, which - at least with us - are produced with the same high standards of enjoyment, quality, ecology and ethics. They are a category in themselves: extremely delicious, very well tolerated and have no caffeine.
Our rye coffee consists only of bio-dynamically grown ingredients: rye, malt, barley and chicory. They are gently and individually roasted, so that their fine, characteristic grain aromas can develop fully: strong-fresh, with tender bitter-sweet notes.
