Isle of Earth Island Bio Powdered sugar

A type of very fine-grained sugar that usually contains a 3% corn starch to prevent it from absorbing moisture. It is mainly used in the manufacture of confectionery glazes and, more generally, for decorating various sweets, such as royal icing or whipped cream, because of its immediate dissolution.
