Island Earth Organic Cocoa Nibs

There are more differences between Cocoa and Cacao, both in spelling and in the way we use the words. They both refer to the same thing, but generally when we say Cacao we are referring to unprocessed cocoa while when we say Cocoa we mean the processed chocolate product with added sugar.
