Cancellation of order

In order for us to cancel the order you must inform us immediately before it is delivered for shipment. If you inform us of the cancellation of the order after it has been shipped, you will be charged the corresponding costs.

If the order has been previously paid by card, the maximum time of crediting the money from the bank's system can take up to 7 working days.

Return of products

Returns of products are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that prior contact has been made with the organicocy.com

*Product refund conditions :

• its original packaging(s)
• excellent condition
• unused(s)
• proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

Terms of refund

In case the error is not due to the organicocy.com then only the value of the products is refunded as the shipping costs are borne by the customer.

In the case of a defective product and if it is covered by warranty, we proceed to its replacement following our communication with the product company.

In the case of an error by us, the total amount of the order is refunded or replaced with another product.

*Returns will not be accepted in cases such as :

• the original packaging has been used or tampered with
• at the end of the 14 days

Return procedure

You can send the product with the partner courier company of organicocy.com. If upon inspection the product does not meet the return conditions then the product is sent to the customer with a charge of the shipping costs to the recipient.

If you wish to return the product for your own reasons then you will be charged with the corresponding shipping costs from and to the organicocy.com.
